Reynolds did not disappoint! I've never had such an easy, pressure-free, efficient car-buying experience. They were incredibly transparent with everything from the history of the vehicle I was looking at, the financing, and the value of my trade in. I appreciated the salesmen that helped me out, and had a wonderful time working with Lynn. She was very sweet and found me the best deal on my loan servicer. She also took the time to thoroughly explain my warranty options and what she believed would benefit my situation the most. I won't forget my experience at this company, and plan on coming there for my future service needs.
My experience of buying a vehicle at Reynolds GM-Subaru was by far the best that I have ever seen compared to any other dealership hands down. Lynn Frye, the person responsible for taking care of most of the paperwork, was absolutely amazing, and I would have sworn that she was family within minutes. Another gentleman, Jermaine, was unfailing in his support even when it surely was an inconvenience, and he even came back to the shop after leaving to get the vehicle ready for me. The people were absolutely great to deal with we and we got a great deal on a Subaru Forester, well worth the drive from Richmond. It's great to see a facility that stood the test of time and ownership actually present and on site. There's no question why these guys have been around since 1938.
