This is a great family run business. The Lillard family is part of this community.
Tom has done work for multiple vehicles for our extended family and has always done a great job. We have had multiple engine and transmission replacements etc. etc.Which yes can sometimes take a while but – it is always done right. Compare that to Northern Virginia prices – then come back and have Tom do it.
Terrible repair shop. I took my volvo here with a blown engine and Tom told me he would have it done in about a week. After a 1200 dollar down payment and more than one month of not having a car it is still in the shop and I am beyond pissed at this place. When calling to ask about the progress after 2 weeks I got nothing but rude remarks. Do not trust this place.
