Drink area was dirty and some of the drinks were empty. The ketchup was water. A gentleman was interviewing with a female and the staff was more involved with the interview than the customer
Every time I come to Hardees it's always clean and pleasant service. Today was a off day was ready to walk out. Had to go up and get our food. Not that we mind. It just looks like they would want yo impress the customers and boss. Hopefully better next time.
Everyone is nice and friendly. Sometimes the orders take a little bit longer, BUT the staff is so nice and friendly that it's ok. And the food always tastes great.
The date is 7/23/2017 time 915-930 ish I was visiting the restaurant located in Orange VA with my children today and there was a lady with a bull shirt on arguing and cussing at an employee in this establishment right beside me and my children. She was talking to an older lady of color I believe her name was Doris and there was another lady there her name was wanda. This girl can into the restaurant and started to argue with a gentleman behind the counter and from the looks of it she was ready to fight him because she said where are we going to do this you MotherF'er. The gentleman's name tag said Chad or Chris I believe. It was a complete mess I will never be eating at this establishment again. This isn't the first time something like this has happened. Last time a man name Will was very rude to my wife and threw her food on the counter. Me and my children left immediately. Not a family friendly place whatsoever if this is how customers treat the staff. I will never be dining here again and I will be working a formal letter to whomever is in charge.
Easily the best fast-food in town. Wait can be long, but everything is made to order and they're always understaffed when not at breakfast. Also, THE BEST BREAKFAST in fast-food.
Mis charged us on the bill but caught it and fixed it at the window. They found the mistake first
